I completed my initial massage training at the Pura Vida College of Massage Therapy in Cedar City, UT. Having the fortune of being taught by a neuromuscular therapist, I learned the importance of listening to the body. Seeing firsthand with my own muscular pain, as well as with clients, the importance of a quality trained touch, I strive to provide the most beneficial massage each time you come in and readily make adjustments for your specific case needs.
